After being involved in all aspects of the import tuner scene, two friends had a vision to fill a void they felt was missing from current tuner shops. Their goal: To remove the bias and escape the “I’m right and you’re wrong mentality” and simply support people with their builds they way THEY envision their car. In 2007, that vision was made a reality and CamberToe Performance was born. By combining personalized attention, professionalism and great customer service with the wealth of knowledge attained in the import scene, the two were able to connect the missing pieces and provide a new level of service that not only reaches out to automotive enthusiasts, but also to our suppliers and regular consumers alike.

cam·ber ˈkambər/ noun: Camber is the angle made by the wheels of a vehicle; specifically, it is the angle between the vertical axis of the wheels used for steering and the vertical axis of the vehicle when viewed from the front or rear. It is used in the design of steering and suspension. If the top of the wheel is farther out than the bottom (that is, away from the axle), it is called positive camber; if the bottom of the wheel is farther out than the top, it is called negative camber.

Toe tō/ noun: Toe, also known as tracking, is the symmetric angle that each wheel makes with the longitudinal axis of the vehicle. This can be contrasted with steer, which is the anti-symmetric angle, i.e. both wheels point to the left or right, in parallel (roughly). Negative toe, or toe out, is the front of the wheel pointing away from the centerline of the vehicle. Positive toe, or toe in, is the front of the wheel pointing towards the centerline of the vehicle.

Here at CamberToe, we believe that suspension brakes and tires are the most important foundation to creating truly high performance vehicles. Too often are these components overlooked and passed over in favor of popular power adders when in reality, these components are necessary in order to keep that power on the ground. Our goal is to establish ourselves trusted advisors, helping our customers choose the right components for their vehicle that is suited to their needs. We appreciate our customers giving us the opportunity to do so day in and day out and we hope that will can continue to do so for years to come.
